I definitely recommend Secure-Rite, from the Surrey (Vancouver) office when booking the bins then arranging drop off from Kelowna office was very easy & they went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied. Had same driver deliver (Jordan) & pick up of the 2 bins and was extremely friendly & efficient.

Don arrived early to gather information : ie location to place container, best approach route, adequate space for truck & trailer. Very pleasant and patience ensuring safe positioning of container. Would highly recommend to deliver your container needs.

I must say, this is a company that just does it right! I called in to get some information about purchasing a shipping container and was greeted by the friendly voice of Tawnya who explained everything I needed to know and even invited me in to come check out what they had. I ended up calling back the next day and Tawnya wasn't in or available but the next friendly voice was Martina who gladly was willing to help in anyway she could. Sent a driver down to make sure we could get the container into our yard. The driver (didn't catch his name) was equally as helpful and twice as helpful getting the container into such a tight spot and trust me it was tight but he was determined to make it happen. Thank you. I wouldn't purchase/rent a container again from anywhere but Secure-Rite Kelowna. I must also mention that when I went in to pay for the container, every single person in that office made sure to be a part of that conversation even though they weren't part of the transaction. We're very happy with our containers! Martina has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. She sent me a detailed quote within 24 hours of my request. In less than a week the containers were delivered. The driver was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to put the containers exactly where we wanted them and even helped level them up.
