I moved from Ottawa, I am so happy to rented the storage with Prime. The service is great, the space is so clean and the whole experience is fantastic.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Nuwan. The prices are reasonable and the space is clean. Only downside: one time when I was loading up my car in the parking lot, I made sure to park in a way that was considerate to others, but somebody else who uses Prime Storage was impatient and he damaged my passenger side door as he drove by.

i really liked the experience i had with this particular location of prime storage. the staff were helpful, polite, and very professional. i had so many questions as i was taking over an existing locker. they ladies were so incredibly nice getting me all setup and smiles every time i came by. thank you, your level of service is amazing.

The staff is AMAZING....incredibly helpful. Have rented two units here - one last summer and a short-term unit this month. Discounts offered for first month+referral discounts!! Tthe facility is uber clean, central and convenient. Late access to 10pm (NOT 2424hr). Shanel, Stefanny and Nuwan offer amazing customer service 🙏🏼 Thee BEST storage facility in town....I guarantee. Our experience at Prime Storage has been exceptional, and the main reason for that is Stefanny.
