This has been the best experience I have ever had, with a storage building facility. All my questions were answered. I was even found a cheaper unit in one of their three facilities. Also, I was sent a text with directions to the storage unit. He went above and beyond with his service. I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Storemark. They were so easy to work with, and always polite when I talked with them on the phone. I would definitely recommend them.

Other than no one in the office during posted hours, everything was great. They might have going to lunch.

Carolyn was very patient and very , very helpful because I did not understand how to do the least and sign it , but she walked me through with no problem at all, thank you very much Carolyn. For taking care of my needs today

This place is terrible. They've gradually jacked up prices repeatedly over the past few years, but they provide LESS services, so when I moved everything out, I was paying triple what I was when I started but they no longer had an in-person office, no upgrades were done, it was just a cash grab. Additionally, they do not have a dumpster of any kind on the premise, AND I was told I could not just leave the stuff I didn't want and pay a fee for it's removal because they "don't offer cleaning services". Interestingly enough, if you ever have a late payment they DO have "services" to go and auction your storage (this didn't happen to me, but it was certainly threatened after I missed a payment when my info was erased from the system for the 4th time in 10 years because this property constantly gets sold). Of course, putting 2 and 2 together, they HAVE the ability to clear out extra stuff, but that's too much customer service for them. If you need anything at all, you can always call and they will be happy to tell you that it's your problem. There are plenty of storage units in Paragould, choose ANY of them that are not StorMark and save yourself some time and money. The units are in good condition, and it's good storage, but it's not worth the price you pay (it may seem fine at first, but make sure that you look at the fine print because they'll start raising your prices immediately, in fact, I'd recommend that you MAKE them add a "no payment increase in perpetuity" clause to ensure that they don't trick you into using them at the lower rate then jacking it up on you when everything's moved in and you don't want to go through the pain of finding a different unit). In general, this is a terrible, predatory, and genuinely lazy company that does not in any way value customer service. Avoid it if you can.
