I visited StorageMart today for my initial check in, and Grace at the front desk was really helpful and understanding. I needed to upgrade my storage unit, and she walked me through the entire process. It's rare to come across such friendly and attentive service. people like her really make your day.

Everything was great except the website should note that insurance is needed. I don't see that as a failure of the site though. The company should have a mirrored website for each country it operates in so it can include information like that. The site was excellent and didn't even complain when we tried to knock a pylon over.

We have rented a storage unit for 5 years and I have always found Ryan and Grace to be exceptional. When my son recently moved his belongings out he accidentally left something. Grace informed me immediately and stored the item until my son was able to retrieve it.

We've got a storage unit for my workplace here and the place is very clean and easy to navigate. The security is excellent, you need a code to access the storage areas and each unit also has its own key. No issues with accessibility or safety, plus the staff are nice. It's been a pleasure to work out of a storage unit at this location

Unfortunately I've had a terrible experience with this storage facility. At first things were great, the manager was nice, the unit was clean, but then my first monthly payment came, and I didn't have the money to pay it right away due to how much the move cost me. No big deal, I called and explained the situation and was told I have to pay before June 3rd otherwise I'll be charged much more for the month, which was never disclosed to me. I also asked about the monthly rate, as it was much more than expected, only to be told that I was getting some sort of discount, despite it still being more than what was advertised online? After that, the manager called me hours later to confront me on why I wasn't paying the bill, despite me explaining this to her previously, and proceeded to berate me and tell me I'm abusing either her or the system, I'm not sure which one. Either way, I would highly disagree with that statement as I was fairly nice over the phone, definitely didn't say anything rude or mean to her at all, and told her I was planning to pay when I had the extra money. She didn't care about that at all, and was talking over me, continuing to tell me how horrible I am for not having the money for the first month. Thinking about moving to another storage company because I've never been harassed like that by a manager before.

We had a great experience with this location. We had one storage unit for a couple of years and another one just for the past 3 months while we did a renovation. They are so pleasant to deal with, keep the grounds and units very clean and provide the very best customer service! Highly recommend!

Grace and Ryan are what makes this location a joy to rent from. They really make you feel like an important customer every time you meet. Also the location is super clean, super safe, and very accessible. I doubt theft is an issue here due to its central and busy location. I've got 3 units and no complaints whatsoever. EL
