We have been customers at XYZ for several months and the experience has been astonishingly great! All the staff members are kind and more than helpful, even my children enjoy visiting XYZ! One time, when my children were getting bored from waiting for us, the staff, Asma, gave them highlighters and blank paper so they could draw and colour, which was very helpful and thoughtful of her. The storage facility is always very bright and clean, and there are an abundance of carts available for use. XYZ makes the rental process quick and simple. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I attended XYZ on Dundas today to check out the unit I’d rented online and to confirm it would be big enough. Asma, whose patience, knowledge and professionalism were boundless, escorted me to the unit. It was a good thing to look into prior to moving day because the unit was in fact too small. Asma helped me sort everything out and accommodated the change in rental agreement to a larger unit. I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough and helpful experience. Furthermore, the facility itself is clean, well monitored, and secure. I highly recommend XYZ Storage 😊

Every staff member who has helped me over the last few months has been lovely. There’s always someone around cleaning the building which not only is crucial for keeping the place tidy and pest free, but it’s an extra set of eyes on the place. This place is miles beyond better any other storage facility I have used for my business over the last decade.
