Colton & Jaz We’re absolutely fabulous! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love the sincerity and how they explained everything in detail and even offered water specially with this heat.

Jaz is great. Extremely helpful and easy to work with. The facility is very nice and clean.

Super polite and easy to deal with! The young lady behind the counter was great.

The process to rent was easy. I completed my selection online, came into the office and they helped me obtain my keys and sign final paperwork. I even got a brand new lock for free. Everyone knows they either overcharge you for a lock or you buy your own. The young lady in the office was very nice and friendly. She was pleasant to work with and so easy going. She was very helpful and the process took less than 10-minutes. I got my 10x20 for a nice rate. Over $100 less than other storage places and this was a drive up unit. They have great specials, and overall their regular pricing is great as well. They have security cameras and a security gate. The facility is clean and very well managed. I have been there a handful of times and have had a great experience going in and out of my unit. I highly recommend renting here. You’re also not in a contract and can cancel anytime. They just ask that you do so before your next billing date or you’ll be charged. I assume you can speak to the office if you leave sooner. Unit was nice and clean. Go rent from Epic Storage, highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with this storage facility. My wife and I needed it for her company supplies (taking up our whole garage). We did some shopping around and decided on EPIC. Colten greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. Took great care of us and also extended a credit to a family member for referral. The place is clean, friendly and good hours too.
