Pros: employees are 10/10 great caring and understanding individuals. Cons: they annoy you to give them 5 stars google reviews, one of the days I went they were walking around annoying everyone with a QR code thing to scan that gives them a review. The biggest con is the fine print on their contract that allows them to raise the rent to whatever they like, when I asked for an explanation they said ‘market conditions’ i replied back asking if the market conditions ever allow them to lower the rent. highly recommend running their contract through AI so you understand what you’re getting into. The one thing I liked is they are very easy to work with when canceling, fast, straightforward and simple.

Very Clean, secure and a fair price for our unit. Rami was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very happy to recommend this storage facility. Plus + it is in a rather quiet area Worth noting = all units are climate controlled. this facility does not allow storage of liquids of any kind and currently is not set up to store any motorcycles or vehicles.

Great experience , with great price. Came to grab my keys just 5 minutes before office close. Procedure was super clear , gentleman who give me instructions (Steve) was incredible polite. Even stay with me after office was closed to show me everything. Building is new , clean , with clean toilet and clean places. Perfect value. 5+ stars.
