2 issues
1-Access after "Normal" Business hours is Nill!
2- Flexibility is not a strong point!
We have to pay $30 a month in late fees EVERY month as they will not adjust to a once a month pay period. We get paid the 15th of every month. They will only bill the 1st. As a paycheck to paycheck Tennant, i would think they could be more flexible, as it's done by computer!! Changed due date is a couple key strokes to help a Brother out!
Was told a keypad would be installed outside so we could Access our belongings after hours MONTHS ago. We are a working Fam, and Sat, Sunday are our days, doors locked at 6pm to 9am daily?? How are working people supposed to manage?
It’s deeply disappointing to see an out-of-state management company insert itself into our community with no regard for the people who actually live here. These kinds of business practices—disconnected, profit-driven, and indifferent to local needs—are exactly what damage the fabric of small towns.
Your presence is not welcome. We don’t need absentee landlords or corporate oversight from Utah telling us how to live in our own neighborhood. Our community thrives on relationships, trust, and accountability—not cold transactions.
We strongly encourage you to reconsider your involvement here. This is more than just a portfolio to manage—it’s people’s homes, lives, and livelihoods.

This is a great place to store your belongings. We had Grandma move in with us and needed a place to store the furniture we had in her room. Staff is always ready to assist in super helpful!!
With all the new people moving here , they have the best storage units.
