If you visit this location, make sure you ask for Ms. Tracey. She will guide you through the process with patience and professionalism, making everything easy to understand. She takes the time to help you find the best option for your needs and truly cares about providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend working with her...you’ll be glad you did.

Irene is very helpful and personable. She went above and beyond to get us the storage unit we needed. She made the rental process easy and assisted us with our application.

I get that they wanna have really good security an all, but the codes are ridiculously long and the code I had would not work so I was forced to download the app to be able to open doors and if you’re on the third floor service is not good up there so it was pretty difficult to get the doors to open and close because you need a code even to use the elevator which is just so ridiculous because what do you mean I’m already in the building but I need a code to let me go back downstairs to my car which is not too fun having to enter a code while I’m trying to carry in a couch that hangs off the end of the dolly because they’re not even big enough, which is ridiculous because my couch was barely over 5 feet

Cheryl is great. But the chat FEATURE WITH FERJI was horrible. Unprofeasional and rude. She/He hid behind the technology, and did not represent PS or maybe they did as PS really just cares about money.
