Not to happy with my experience with uhaul. Just from the get go in turo NS. Sales guy mis informed me and didn't tell me all of my options.
The drop of location in st.cathrins vine S.t was a joke. No customer service ( just a bunch of clowns)
I called customer service and I had Jen and she wasn't very helpful just liked to argue with me. And she just talked around in circles, she was rude and not professional by just hanging up the phone on me
I will never use uhaule ever again.
The manager and customer service staff was quick and efficient. Always have had a great experience at this location on Vine Street in St Catharines Ontario Canada. Keep up the good work
Customer service from start to finish was amazing! I dealt with several service reps prior to pick up with questions. Each one of them were friendly and helpful. The whole process was seamless!
The storage units are weird sizes. I pay over 200 for a 5x8 untit. Extremely small in width. Its like a short hallway. Difficult to store your items. Its also on the second floor with an elevator where you have to use a dolly to put your stuff on and the elevator didn't work properly a few times for us. And its literally a pain when being on the second floor with the worst shaped unit and paying more than I can afford being on odsp. There are new storage places I wish I had looked into when the move happened. They are clean, one level where you can drive up to your until. Climate controlled. Some of them are charging less that 20 dollars a week for the first 3 months. I have also been over charged at uhaul!!!
