I had a great experience with Access Storage. Frank and Edsel were both fantastic to deal with. Frank took the time to give me a full tour of the facility, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy. There was a misunderstanding with the call centre, but Frank and Edsel went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to great customer service really stood out. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for excellent service and people who genuinely care about their customers!

Ed did an amazing job helping us store our car. From the moment we walked into the office and completed the paperwork to parking our car inside the storage unit, everything went smooth and stress-free. We also had to rent another storage after 5 months for our basement upgrade. The same positive experience! Definitely highly recommended!

The team at access storage is absolutely amazing. I had my tour of the facility with Ed (Edsel), he was absolutely amazing knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is beyond well maintained whether you're indoors or on the outside. It is clean looks well run, top of the line security. I am absolutely glad I choose access storage. I choose the location at 18 Gadsden Court and I would gladly hands down recommend access storage to everyone who seek storage. Thanks Ed!

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! After taking time off work from downtown Toronto for specifically renting a storage unit, reached this location at 4.40PM (20 minutes prior to closing) only to be told a new unit rental cannot be done after 4.30PM. Their office hours should be posted as 4.30PM not 5PM. Person at the desk was rude and spoke to us with an attitude as if we were looking to rent a unit for free. In current competitive environment, I cannot understand an organization refusing to accept new clients and business 20 minutes prior to posted closing time. We will be visiting a competitor in Ajax over the weekend for our rental needs.

This is an excellent storage facility. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely care about their customers.
