The unit still had a wee store lock on it and the attendant at the Dawson location didn't have a vehicle to come unlock it, so it wasted time driving around to do their job for them. There driveway also isn't wide enough to accomodate 20ft+ trucks driving around, make sure you get a unit directly in front of the gate if you're using a large moving truck. The 5x10ft units are also actually 4.5x9.5ft measuring from the inside stud to wall; very disappointing they're undersized as anything 10ft long won't fit in. Highly unimpressed with this storage lot, they're cheap but poorly designed and undersized...
