Very smooth check-in and check-out. Friendly and efficient site manager. The site itself is clean with nice temperature and humidity. The service charges were also transparent and well communicated. We were very happy with the service and will come back when we need extra storage space. Highly recommend.

After we set up my account on Friday. We never validated the door code to make sure I could get access and when I showed up on Saturday to start loading my storage unit, I could not get access. It took about 10 minutes For the on-site manager to make their way to the Dore entrance to validate that my code was not working, so he let me in and then came back later with a temporary code. I’m guessing this could’ve been avoided if I had been allowed to try the Dore access code before leaving on Friday but hindsight is 2020.

Booking this from US was super easy. Upon arrival booking got completed and changing my rent of the unit to earlier day was flawless. Stuff was very friendly.
