MOUSE INFESTED STORAGE UNITS.
Apple storage is infested with mice. We found a dead mice in our climate controlled unit with mice pee and poop covering EVERYTHING… we spoke with 4 other tenants and they all had the same issue.
Apple storage said they won’t cover any cost of damages either… so don’t rent their units unless you want to pay to have your belongings ruined.
We were looking for storage and found a perfect unit at Apple Storage Moncton. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made the process fast and easy. Glad to know that large moving vans can access their yard with ease. So far so good!
I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I had two packages, and thought I’d be there awhile. This was awesome because I had a cab waiting outside. Awesome happy customer service. They had awesome Friday vibes. Great place for a client with mental health issues. Yey!
My experience with Apple Storage was very good. Moving is not easy but I was able to get a truck last minute and was given the option to do everything over the internet. Pick up and delivery was great!
Mike was very kind to deal with. I had a very quick closing for my house sale and I was worried about storing my things temporarily. He immediately jumped in to see how they could help, was very informative and helped me get the best deal for what I needed.
I've had storage here for a good number of years on and off and always had good service. Staff have been great, always very helpfull and efficient. Units and all areas clean. I definitely recommend for short and long term.
We found Apple Self Storage online as we were out of province and needed to store some possessions following a death before moving them. The staff (Kathy and Cindy) were very friendly and effective. When it was time to move out, the ladies were very helpful and kind, and explained how everything worked since it was our first time to the physical location. The facility is very secure and clean. Our unit was inside so everything was kept safe. Highly recommend this storage facility.
So I rented a unit
Was there for a week when lady manager informed me I wasn't allowed to work on things in the unit. I explained I simply clean items before I list them for sale. She said no
I ask why others where allowed to work in there units. She replied cause there a company and if they break something they can afford to fix it

Definitely a great place to store your personnel belongings to keep them safe. Easy access to find your locker and they provide carts to bring your boxes to your locker. Big or small there lockers are affordable.
I want to thank Kathy and Cindy for outstanding service these past 2 days. At a very hectic time they made this process of having my things stored seamless. They went above and beyond with their help, tips and planning. Thank you both so very much! Not only was the service outstanding but I am extremely pleased with the facility-it has secure access, clean and everything you need is right there to use making unloading easy and convenient. I will definitely recommend Apple Storage to anyone looking for a great storage place.
We got a unit for my parents a couple of weeks ago. From the minute we walked in the service was amazing, Candy I believe served us. The drive in bay is fantastic, with carts and buggies right there! The entire place is imaculate and well maintained.

Units are clean, the people working there are very friendly and always there to help if you have questions. I would recommend this storage unit to anyone who is looking for one.
Kathy was great to work with and helped me and my partner out in a pinch. Facility is convenient to use and features a passworded gate and 24hr access. Pallet jacks and other moving tools are available on site!
