My friend and I embarrassingly ended up in a ditch very recently. We had a few people who stopped and asked us if we were ok. Two young men with a tow truck came by and helped us out of the ditch. These young men were from James Snow Self Storage. They did not want any money for their time or trouble and were genuinely happy to help us out. It's rare when a person runs into one Samaritan never mind two. Thank you guys. We highly recommend them for their storage and If we need storage, we know where to go!!

Excellent client service, safe, clean and secure storage. The owner, Paul, was exceptionally kind and helpful and personally helped me store my things when I was too crippled with grief over the loss of a loved one to organize myself properly to get moved into my unit. I was so grateful and relieved for his help! The staff are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable and very thorough about explaining terms of the rental contract. 👍🏻👍🏻
