A fantastic storage facility. The lot and units are secure and clean. The staff
went above and beyond to assist with move in/move out coordination with clear, friendly communication. Highly recommend this facility.
We recently used Packing House Self Storage in Kelowna to store our furniture and personal goods and the whole process was absolutely seamless! Moving is stressful but Packing House was a big part of keeping it as painless as possible. The efficiency from Joyce at the front office, the cleanliness of the units, accessibility to the lockers and the communication was timely and courteous. I would highly recommend Packing House Self Storage to anyone looking for safe and impeccable storage. They are awesome!
My brief few months experience at this facility was as positive as it could possibly be due in large part to the lady in charge of day-to-day operations, Joyce McIntosh. In particular, I lost or misplaced my keys on a couple of occasions and she made that experience as seamless as it could possibly be. Another staffer on my last day there assisted me in strapping down something to my car roof carrier giving me a winch strap in the process. I have zero negative experiences to report and I will rent there in a second if I ever need storage again, thank you Joyce and to the gentleman who helped me out!!
Good location, very easy to access. Rental units and surroundings are clean and well kept. Office staff are very helpful, accommodating and efficient.
Highly recommend.
I had a storage unit here for many years. The storage compound was always clean and secure. Joyce was always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They have a great location near downtown Kelowna …highly recommend.
Joyce and the team at Packing House Self Storage are absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. The facility is spotless, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff go out of their way to make the entire process easy and stress-free. Joyce’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference and truly set this place apart from other storage options.
I have nothing but great things to say about Packing House Self Storage and would certainly recommend them to others. Very friendly and accommodating. When I was looking to upgrade to a larger unit I asked them if I could be notified. They called me back as soon as one became available and did not forget to reach out to me. The facility was always clean. I had no issues with the lockers. I would certainly trust storing my items here again in the future.
I had a fantastic experience using this storage facility in Kelowna, BC. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The facility itself was spotless, secure, and well-maintained, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Its central location is incredibly convenient, and it's a great alternative to the big franchise storage companies. On top of that, the prices were excellent, offering great value for a top-notch facility. Highly recommend!
My husband and I have rented multiple units here over the years, and it’s always been a great experience! The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist when needed. If we need storage again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend!
Thanks again Joyce!
It is clean, safe and well managed. The front desk staff have always been super helpful and accommodating. Should the need arise I would store here again.
Excellent staff, customer service and facility. Easy yet secure access, and the facility is kept in good repair. I always felt my things were safe there, and indeed they were. Just moving out of town now, or I'd still be a customer. I've used them a few times over the years. Always the same, great experience. Keep up the great work. Cheers!
Thank you very much, 4 1/2 years later I managed to downsize enough to move my life out of your storage facility......only because you didn't have a 10x10 available until probably........ never :) LOL
I wouldn't have left otherwise. Best Wishes. Your storage facility is great. I loved that you saved my butt when I didn't have my key with me :) :)
Although I only used this business for one month, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Joyce was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.
Having used the storage facility at the Packing House since 2018, I can thoroughly recommend them. The staff (Joyce) is extremely helpful and accommodating and the storage charges are competitive and good value for money.
