The entry system never works, don’t waste your time renting a unit here. You can also never get a hold of the owners if a problem arises.
We just went here to put our Christmas decorations away and there was a lineup of 3 cars that couldn’t get out because of the entry/exist system. This place is a joke and also removed their google reviews.
Poorly run!!! They don't return emails or phone calls. Voicemail box is always full. Inconsistent invoicing and receipts. Miss a payment and they'll lock you out from accessing your stuff, but then aren't available to give you access back. They haven't sent me invoice in a few months and I can't reach them! Have to drive 1.5 hours to the storage unit to visit in person but have no idea if there will be anyone there. Avoid this place.
Good luck trying to get a hold of the office by phone or email, all of your calls and messages will go unanswered after you sign up for your unit. At one point I had to show up to the office because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone (I was being charged $20 in late fees for several months despite paying on time). The lady in the office told me the phone number goes to the owners not the office which is hard to believe. I went this afternoon to pick up some things from my unit and the keypad to get in was off/broken and I couldn’t get in. No point in reaching out to them as it would be a waste of time. Don’t bother renting a unit here.
I had given them post dated cheques for the year.
I am paid up but they, for some reason they cashed 5 cheques all at once and drained my bank account.
And to top it all off, their phone is out of service.
I want answers
I have tried for 3 weeks now by calling and leaving voice-mail, as well as emailing multiple times with absolutely NO response from anyone. Doing home renovation and need a unit for storage but no one ever responds.
Have used this place before as it's closest to home.
Does anyone know if they are still open for business?????
I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for a week now. No one answers the phone, they don't respond to emails or voicemail and they have been overcharging me for my unit😡
