Needed a storage locker quickly, I was shown several lockers, picked the one I wanted and had zero issues the staff there were all friendly and willing to help. I would recommend using this place without hesitation

Have stored boats, trailers, motorhomes, and furniture here over the years. It's always been a good experience; they are always very accommodating and friendly.

Needed a locker for family member that was in hospital and going to a nursing home. Was helped to pick out the needed space and shown some options. Unfortunately, our family member passed away before we could move her stuff into the locker. I dealt with the manager "Leslie" who was extremely understanding and compassionate. She went out of her way to help clear everything up. Thanks so much Leslie. You are a gem. It's nice to know that their are still decent people in our community. I would have no problem using or recommending Stor-it Woodstock in the future.

This is a great place to store your “stuff”. They made it easy to sign up and we’re so professional in every way…. The prices are very reasonable as compared to other companies… If you want access 24/7 this is not the place for you but if you want storage at a great price staffed by great people, this is the place….five stars all the way!!!

If I could give them MORE than five stars I would!!! Friendly, Helpful and Honest. My brother is suffering some health issues and we had to close his locker. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and great security. Outside spots are spacious are well marked. It made parking my 35' fifth wheel extremely easy. Access is easy and security is amazing. There are visible cameras throughout the entire area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage

I love this storage group. We have had many storage units over the years because we travel a lot. I spoke to Leslie on the phone a few weeks ago and after this first contact, I knew I had found our new storage unit. Personalized service and accountability is very rare these days. The staff is fantastic and we feel very confident about the security of our things. I cannot recommend Woodstock Store It more highly. 10 out of 10

Wow- the service is above and beyond and Leslie is SO NICE!! We’ve used storage places in other areas we have lived and I can honestly say this tops them all. So secure and a great price for what you get (temperature controlled and all of the security precautions). We’ve also used the outdoor storage for a boat we had, and never considered going anywhere else. Thank you!!

Little late in getting this review up but with moving it took the back burner! We have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service at Stor It Woodstock! We were on a time crunch as our house sold fast and it took a while finding a new place. With many, many trips to our unit they never complained about unlocking and locking the outside access doors. They were always friendly, polite and more than attentive! We ended up moving a few days after the first of the month and were credited for all but the days we used that month-not many places do that! Our unit was inside in a climate controlled area which we never had issues with; our kayaks were stored on our trailer outside and during a wind storm the tarp ripped, we were notified right after it happened when they did their rounds. That is the service you expect!! Will highly recommend their facility and dealing with their team, and if we move again, we will be using them!
