Great experience here, 100% recommend. I've had two units here over the space of about 2 years and no complaints. Even switching to a smaller unit was not a problem. Staff are particularly helpful and pleasant to deal with.
DO NOT KEEP your stuff here! Their storage facilities are NOT SAFE. We had our storage locker robbed, which can easily be done from the top of your unit (see attached photos). We lost $2000 + worth of stuff as someone just reached down with a hook and took our stuff. Unfortunately, nothing could be done as they only keep video footage for 14 days, and the facility holds no responsibility for your stolen items. I understand that they need some kind of hole for ventilation, but the way Maple Leaf does it is just reckless and they don't care to safely store your stuff. We recently switched to a storage facility that covers the top of their lockers with mesh wire, which feels much more secure.
I had a great experience renting the storage locker. The facilities have heat and are environmentally controlled. They are kept clean and regularly maintained to keep them pest free. The staff is very helpful, polite and kind. The security is good too. My items were kept in good condition. I would definitely rent another locker from this location when the need arises. It is a very convenient location too. It is great if you have a business and need to store extra product or supplies. Some items are not allowed for safety and health reasons. Also the facilities smell clean.
We have rented a storage unit here for many years as part of a non profit group (Royal City Youth Ballet). We have had an excellent experience with them right from the start at this location! The area is always clean, all staff very friendly and quick to respond to our questions and changing storage needs whether by phone, email ,or in person. Thank you!!

Thu's customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my needs. The customer service was the best part about this storage facility. From signing the rental contract, to terminating and vacating the unit. Friendly and helpful staff and they took the time to explain everything so clearly. The facility was super clean and accessible and always felt very safe!
Never had rodent issues, loading bay area gets congested its not ideal but the elevators are right beside it so that's good. Pricing reasonable compared to some other places around town, never had to worry about security. Would be nice if they offered partial refunds if you end your month early which other places I used in the past did however their prices were significantly higher at those businesses. All in decent spot to store your stuff if it's needed
