They are very accommodating and friendly. They keep their storage clean and have the roads cleared of snow all winter. It is the best storage lot we have encountered.

They don’t charge on the same day every month seem like sorta of when they “feel like it” and charged a $20 late fee cause payment didn’t go through on my credit card the day they wanted to bill. They also did not inform me that a e-transfer could have solved this. My payment was scheduled to come out on a Sunday and they are closed that day so they billed on the Saturday instead of the following business day. I was also offered a free month when I first got the unit which I did not receive. Will be moving my stuff out as soon as I return from work. Zero customer service.
I have dealt with Alberta south storage on and off for almost 10 years,
I can tell you that the quality of service has gone down while the price goes up!
I would strongly recommend looking into other storage facilities before using this facility.
i got slightly behind on my unit, I was paying my monthly payment plus $100 extra to get the rear amount caught up and got treated poorly in the process to the point I just borrowed money to pay them and removed my belongings!
Unfortunately after almost a decade of knowing the owners I will NEVER use there facility again.
RENTER BEWARE! This company refused to refund our damage deposit claiming we left several oil spills on the floor & they would now have to replace the floor. This is TOTAL UTTER NONSENSE! NOTHING WAS EVER SPILLED; WE NEVER-EVER HAD ANY OIL OR LIQUIDS IN THE STORAGE UNIT! It's not even possible! Is anyone going to waste time & money taking them to small claims court over a measly $50 deposit? Of course not. So they took our money! I’M JUST WARNING YOU. RENTER BEWARE! Don’t get bilked as we were!
