Incredibly convenient and wonderful service! I booked here for 4 months while doing a basement renovation. We got a very convenient spot, but regardless, there were always 4-5 dollys available for use. The place is spotless too! Finally; the staff is so helpful and careful. The movers and I missed these glass shelves that somehow got tucked in one of the sides of the unit. The staff immediately found it and called right away so that I could retrieve the item. I will absolutely use this company and location again. It was seriously perfect.

The Public Storage at 914 Dupont is a very well run unit - thanks to the team that works there. They are extremely professional and helpful. The facility is always neat and tidy. It is also nice to observe the upgrades that have been implemented during the last 4 years - like all the storage necessities that can be purchased on site.
Such a smooth and easy experience getting set up with my storage locker today. Very professional. The manager was very polite and thorough. Unit was clean and hallways were bright. So easy.

It's a great place to store the items. The representatives Sofia & Charith were very pleasant, very helpful, very detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. I will recommend anybody to this location because of their friendliness and welcoming nature
Nice storage complex. Manager Charith is a really nice guy and is happy to help. Some of the units obstructed by buildings support pillars and there is no heat in this storage but prices are decent.

Super friendly and efficient. I showed up half an hour before they closed and they were able to set everything up for me right then and there. Seems like a very professional and clean place. I like how much space there is for parking. It doesn’t feel crammed like many other downtown storage places.
Anu and Sophia were amazing. I came in right before closing and they took care of all of my rental needs. They got me a great deal on my rental and made this process a super easy and hassle free.

I found this facility to be convenient, clean, well maintained, well staffed and secure. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly - especially Charith and Twyla. They went above and beyond to show me different options so I could choose the best fit for my belongings. Billing, sign up, and move-in was surprisingly easy, too. Would definitely recommend!
