The owners have changed. Better to see for yourself what kind of people you are dealing with now. I do agree about the past owners though. I rate them 5 stars professionally and personality -wise.I certainly miss them. They are really decent people.
Family owned and run business, personal approach, very flexible and helpful. Understanding on misc. situations where you might be a little late or short on rent… Long-term excellent rates.
Newly installed state-of-the-art security system. motion detectors, high-end cameras, night-vision, extra spot-lights around the building. 24h from home, and cell-phone devices monitoring...
And have just invested a ton of money in a brand-new top of the line elevator, replacing the older original lift that used to be there.
All in all, top quality personal service, humane touch, understanding, and always willing to work with u.... + all the new gadgets they keep adding.

Never any problem, best price in Montreal city, very fair, clean and honest. I leave them my key, I receive items from Turkey, and am not there, they put in locker for me, for part of regular service to them...

This is by far the best storage place I have ever been to, and I have tried 2 other ones before. They have the best prices in the city. Even though I have moved to the Atwater area, I still keep my storage there cause I know the service is A1, my stuff is safe, and that I am still paying the best price for the unit size I have. I leave them post-dated checks for the year, and don't have to worry about nothing.
