Was given delivery promise by managers of customer service three different dates over two weeks. Still no delivery . $4500 spent and no beds for the family still. Told stock is committed and driver team will call. No one ever calls. I have called 12 times to get my mattresses I paid for weeks ago. This company used to be good 20 years ago. Now they have garbage customer service and managers that don't get results. Ridiculous. Do not buy here. It takes alot to get me upset. $4500 is enough to get me very upset.

I have to say and warn everyone - if you are looking to purchase their new Lavender Pillows - DON'T! I did. There is no "hint" of lavender - it is drenched in the lavender smell, in fact so much that we could NOT even sleep on the pillows as it was so strong and gave us a headache. There was no drifting off to La La land, it was up with a headache. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
