The day I received my sheets, which were only available online I realized they would not work and contacted customer service right away to indicate it. The top sheets had two seams on them which for my wife would not permit a good sleep. The seams were neither indicated in the description nor were they shown in the photos. In fact the photos showed them as seamless. To make matters worse, customer service was curt and misleading. They made me photograph the seams (which I did) only to send me a photo showing a seam on a fitted sheet (that was not from their website) to indicate the seam was normal. They then did not respond anymore. In short new $400 sheets, unused, in original packaging and wanting to return the day they were received and customer service simply shrugged their shoulders and turned their back.
