Been renting a unit here for 9 months and the last time I visited I realized there are mice all through my unit. Destroying all my families possessions. When moving boxes around the unit I saw mice jumping out of the boxes and droppings and nesting materials everywhere. I quickly went to the office and filed a complaint with the person at the front desk and they told me it's normal for an outside unit to have a mouse infestation. I pay nearly $400 a month for my things to get ruined...Not acceptable.... Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I stored my belongings here for 2 years after moving from DT Toronto while waiting for my new house to be built. Facilities are clean, modern, and it was good value for money. If you need packing supplies, they have them onsite and I found them cheaper than Home Depot. Martin was especially helpful (and funny).

It is very clean, Rasula is very professional, very detailed in explaining information. Great customer service. I love the express service, I received today, Rasula goes above and beyond in helping me to choose the right unit that’s suits me best.

New to this storage facility. I have rented space in the past, not using SmartStop. The initial sign up procedure was a bit more than I was used to but Rasula was excellent in guiding me through the process. I was shown the unit, which was clean and dry(very nice). Rasula was very polite and professional. It was nice to be greeted and shown “around”. I have not had that experience outside of the city. Would recommend SmartShop to people.
