STAY AWAY!! This place does not deserve your business. The owner is incredibly rude and entitled and does not know how to treat his customers (or employees) properly. I hope he learns.

The kindest and most genuine staff. They were so helpful from selecting the right unit size to payment to even helping us get everything settled in. At the end of our term, they were super easy about us leaving, no extra hidden fees. It was such a pleasant experience, I'm actually looking forward to needing storage again 🤣

Look no further. Matthew is the best, knowledgeable, and understanding. The facility is clean, excellent, and very secure. And you can't beat 24hr access. I've been a customer for many years now with no issue.

Absolutely amazing facility, great staff the best location for construction workers within the east end/DT area. I have used this place for nearly ten years. Sad to be leaving but moving provinces. Great security. 24/7 access cameras everywhere. 10 out 10 recommended.

I had a storage unit here for 2 years and the experience was excellent. A gated location but with 24 hour access was a nice feature, the property was always well maintained and the billing receipts were always without error.

Staff immediately responded to initial email inquiries. The rental process was simple and quick, and the prorated portion of my monthly rental fee was confirmed within a day of notifying them I had moved all of my belonging out of the unit. Units were clean, easily accessible 24hrs, and available in a variety of sizes as well. Overall a great experience.

This place used to be great when Jackie was running it. I would have recommended it to anyone, but the new manager is terrible. My husband showed up on one weekend only to discover that we'd been locked out of our unit before we'd even had a chance to pay our bill. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the neighbourhood with more pleasant service.

This is an excellent storage. 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. What else can you ask for the storage. And mostly the staff Jackie Gregg she's the right person for the job. She's an asset to the company. If you have any question Call me Ernie Lorenzo 647 800 9746

Highly reccomend! Jackie was knowledgable, effiencent and answered all my questions, made me feel confident about my choice. Storage was clean and well lit, and easy to access.

I had never used self storage before and this place was excellent. So friendly and speedy with replies. When we moved out of the unit they reimbursed us for the days we didn't use and made the transaction automatically. If we ever have to use storage again, there is no other company I would use.
