We have been storing our items at Lionsgate mini storage for approximately three years and have been very happy with the service and staff at the facility. Specifically Wendy, who went out of her way to help us today. The lovely ladies in the office are very friendly and accommodating, and the facility is nice clean and easily access accessible. Highly recommended.
Very disappointing experience.
The staff member I dealt with, Wendy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the whole interaction unpleasant — instead of helping, she was dismissive and unfriendly.
On top of that, the pricing was very misleading. Over the phone, I was told one rate, but when I went to the office there were hidden costs and several different prices for the same size storage unit. This felt dishonest and confusing.
I cannot recommend this business based on how I was treated and the lack of transparency in their pricing.

She's the your ' first ' point of contact with me and her and the team in the building are first class skilled and so helpful , kind skilled at what they are doing !
Wendy and her co-worker are so helpful to you whenever you arrive ... whether it's your first visit or 20th visit ! !
Hopefully their head office bosses are appreciative to have such competent ' Frontline ' employees ? ! !
At any rate ... I HIGHLY recommend Lions Gate Mini Storage facility in North Vancouver ! !
They are spotless, rodent free , clean well lite and lots of variety of sizes and you can even store a camper or vehicle too !
Price wise very reasonable and competitive.

Today I went in to the facility right at 4:30 PM thinking that they closed at 7. I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen who could clearly tell I walked a mile in the hot sun, offered me a ride back over the over-pass. She ended up almost driving me the whole way home with her sweet pug Stella! Great service!
Ps the other ladies at the front desk I met when I first went in were lovely as well!

The facility is large, secure, and offers a large array of storage options including climate-controlled indoor, outdoor, roll-up door, sea can (shipping container) and vehicle storage options. They have a high-end security camera system and individual fob access to the gates so you can drive to your unit or the building your unit is in. Their pricing is inclusive, straight-forward and they do not charge hidden fees that many other storage providers do. These are all positives, and make Lions Gate Mini Storage worthy of your business.
I rented a locker for the first time ever and I was so pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the process was.
Carmen knew exactly what size locker I’d need and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the fact that I got a promotional price too.
The site is clean and well-maintained and it feels very secure. I love that everything is on the ground floor.

If you need storage, do yourself a favor and check this place out! I stumbled across this site on my Google search, and after calling the office to inquire I drove down to take a look. First, they are all decorated for Halloween! How cute!
This is a very clean and well-organized site. Extremely friendly staff who all seem to know what’s up. I was shown a few different sizes, including some outdoor “shipping style” containers. I had never seen these in the past when I have stored elsewhere. Some very unique options.
I landed on a 5x10 locker and was all signed up within about 10 minutes. I was very impressed.
They seem to have many cameras on the site and the manager mentioned they have private security as well during their closing hours. Im not sure if this is normal practice, but I am definitely more at ease knowing this level of security is in place.
I didn’t realize they also offer monthly parking. They were full at the moment for my 36 foot RV, but I was able to get on a waitlist! Pretty thrilled about this news!
Overall I am just super impressed with this place. If nothing else…come check out the pumpkins and witches for Halloween!!
Just had a wonderful time down at my locker. Went into the office after not coming down for over a year. I was greeted in the office with such beautiful smiles. Like the ladies had been waiting to see me. I am always in shock with how much of a family feel this place has.
I must give a special spotlight to both Wendy and Andrea in the office. Such great Ladies to deal with. And they clearly don’t forget who you are😊 …although I had to ask for their names!
Not many places I go to anymore that feel so warm and personal. This truly is a special little spot. I never thought I’d get excited to go grab my Halloween décor from my storage locker!
I wanted to come on here and leave a review for Lions Gate Mini Storage. I rented a locker there this weekend. I shopped around and this place has the cleanest site, and the best prices. By a long shot. The office staff have been very nice. I did call a couple times this week with a few questions and was always greeted with such kindness.
The site itself is very well kept and has a very simple layout. I found a few other facilities a bit confusing to find my way around. This place is very “user friendly”.
Highly recommend it if you are in the market for a storage locker.

My business focuses on training people for customer service and I can honestly say that for the last 5 years the Staff at this company are one of the best I have seen in 20 years! Always cheerful and will do so much to try and help you - they are a testament to what is achievable with good customer service - they deserve an award.
