Public Storage facility that we went to on 36th St NE in Calgary impressed us. It is a very well designed, well run, clean, tidy and neat place with staff doing their best to serve. We were particularly impressed by Janak (Jay)'s dedication and efforts to explain all necessary details very thoroughly.

I recently moved to Calgary and underestimated how much stuff would fit in my new apartment. I needed last min storage before I had to return the U-Haul. I was able to secure a unit right away and store all my stuff. Great service and a nice clean storage unit. When I needed to cancel my services they did it right away for me with no issues. Perfect option for the time that I needed it. Thanks!

The facility itself is clean and secure and there are many options available that are affordable for your needs. Our family would highly recommend this particular site for storage simply based off the staff and interactions with them during the initial process.

Inderjit and Jay were absolutely phenomenal in helping my husband and I find the right locker solution for our needs. We originally thought we would need one size but they were able to see from our items a bigger unit in a different location which was much easier to maneuver to would work best. They stayed a few minutes late just to ensure we were all set up and ready to move things in which was so appreciated.

Great Service by the manager Inderjee. We rented two storages for 3 months and she helped us a lot to get the right storage please and also to reserve them. Totally recommend this place for storage and friendly service!!

The customer service here is amazing! Sandra and Crystal goes abalone and beyond. I arrived at their office and they assisted me and extended their hrs just to help me out. Crystal showed me around and explained how their policy work clearly. This too ladies are just amazing. And thanks to Byron too, from Harvest Hills branch for re-directing me to this branch as they don't have anything available on their area. Salute to this people! Highly recommended!!

Jay and Inderjit were knowledgeable and efficient. The compound is well kept and area clean. I felt comfortable enough to rent a unit right away after dealing with them. I had an awesome experience the first time I and my friends walked into the Public storage office to get my keys and see my unit (cuz I bought online), there was these lady (shout of to Crystal: thank you ma'am for your help, it was 💯, you were a 💯) super cheerful and super knowledgeable, she made sure I was told all the intricacies of what I'm buying and signing off on and she did so with the biggest and cheerful of demeanor that made me feel super happy and comfortable honestly, showed us the storage space, perfect size, they have huge elevators so you'd not have to stress thinking about how to bring all your stuff to the next level... I'd certainly recommend P.S for sure

Will and Inderjit are amazing. They were quick to pickup the phone, listen to my needs and offer the best price + a reservation for my unit. Will took us for a tour, explained everything in detail and ensured that we understood. His attitude was very friendly and helpful. We were informed of all policies, hours of operation, and what to do in situations where we need help. I definitely recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for space solutions! Update: I just moved out of my unit the other day. Will was walking the halls cleaning and ensuring that everything was in order. We crossed paths as my wife and I were moving our items outside and he asked us if we were moving out, what our details were and that he would go and take care of the move out for us. It could not have been any easier, with Will's help and his excellent customer service. I really appreciated it, and I also want to add that every time I saw him he always had a smile on his face. A great storage experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking to store their belongings!
