This storage is infested with rats. Many items were ruined when in storage due to rats chewing or dedicating on them.Be weary renting storage unit from this man and demand paper receipts for everything.Horrible experience, he's( owner)is as crooked as they come.
The guy who owns this place is a major creep. He gave me the wrong storage unit number and never sent the receipt by email as promised. Once I realized I had been given the wrong size unit he refused to let me move to my rightful unit and demanded I leave his property with my belongings by the end of the day. After telling me to leave, he proceeded to follow me around the lot and record me and harass me incessantly, until police had to get involved; instead of letting me move my belongings in peace. Be weary renting storage units from this man and demand paper receipts before moving in is my advice if you do.
I would recommend this storage business to not only Family and Friends but also to anyone who is wanting affordable storage options and above normal Customer Service with the owner Tim who is not only very flexible but has come through for me more than once. I give McConnell Mini Storage 5+ stars!
