Great service from Chris and Oliver! Needed storage on short notice for a short duration and with a help of these guys I was setup and ready with in an hour. Move out was pretty seamless as well and will most definitely make use of this service again in future if we require additional storage.
As a foreigner, I was treated exceptionally well at Yaletown Mini Storage. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel well taken care of. Their service truly impressed me, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage space!

Renting a unit here was my first experience with using a storage locker, and it could not have gone better. I'm not saying this just to pump their tires (although I would happily do so), but the customer service I received from the team here was genuinely some of the best I've experienced anywhere, in any area. From the initial tour to to the explanation of the different units and pricing, to changing parts of my file and closing out my unit, everything went incredibly smoothly. Multiple times I reached out with things I needed to change on my account, and every time things were solved in days, if not hours, and I never felt like I was being a pain even though I'm sure other places may have made me feel that way. Oliver and Chris are both fantastic, and if I were to move back to Vancouver and need to store anything, this is the first place I'd go, no question.
My husband and I just moved to Yaletown and were desperate for extra storage while we renovate our new place. We were surprised and delighted to have a storage facility so close to our new condo. I called and chatted with Oliver who was awesome! He was so friendly and helpful with all the details I needed to know. My husband promptly drove over and signed a Lease that day. The storage facility is a restored heritage building. Very cool vintage elevator which adds a unique charm. Highly recommend Yaletown Mini Storage.

I've been renting a unit for 3+ years. Very reasonable price and a great location
Clean and decent pricing. There are two staff. I used to always talking to the friendlier one. Another guy is not polite and makes customers annoyed by the way he treats us and the lengthy and a bit rude manner. If the rude one is at the reception, I always avoided approaching to him.
So I went in today to take a look about storage unit rentals I've been looking at a few different places and this one was the most convenient for me. However in this case the convenience of this being downtown is actually not really that good in my experience when I went in conversation I had with the front desk seemed more as if they were trying to persuade me from renting that. By the tone of voice their stance not making any eye contact with me the way they phrased certain specifics about the business and the lockers, it seems as if they were trying to say that there are better places and I shouldn't be there. It was just very unfriendly overall as if they didn't want me coming in asking questions, as if I was interrupting him during is busy schedule of doing something else as if I was an inconvenience for coming in to ask questions very strange I don't recommend these people as I guess they just don't want to do anything they want to do as little as possible including answering questions so I just recommend going elsewhere even though it might be convenient for downtown.
