Was a great experience using Access. The staff at the Tecumseh Rd, Windsor location were very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. They assisted in getting me signed up for the self serve access at the Emeryville location. Was a smooth process and the storage unit worked out great.

The ladies that run the storage in Windsor are the best ever they know exactly what they're doing and how to do it they took care of all my needs I was glad that I was with them I was glad that I had my items stored there as it I felt that they were safe and secure that always means a lot

Had a great experience with them. I felt safe and comfortable when I went in and out of there. Great location ,great storage space, and convenient. I would buy their locks that they provide (cheaper than your average store when i went looking for a good one like they had ) very friendly. If i ever need to use a storage unit, they would be my go to .

We went to the office at the last minute to rent a storage unit. Diana and Susan were kind enough to let us in even though they were just about to leave for the day. They took the time to set us up with a storage unit and thorpughly explained how everything works. We were very pleased with their service. Many thanks again Diana and Susan.
