The entire process from pick up to drop off was perfect. The truck in Daytona beach was ready when promised, and handled well during the trip.
We had utilized Mr G’s relocation service through U haul and Mike and Matt were a tremendous help.
We booked a storage container in Quebec that was easy to access, the communication and help from Micheline was great.

The staff was being rude, impatient, not very well trained and unresponsive to many questions.
When I first arrived to rent a truck and a locker space, the girl at the counter was cursing and visibly irritated. When her coworker asked for help about something concerning work, to where find a reservation, she was condescending as it was "obvious" where to find what she was looking for. Being MY reservation..
As she didnt helped the lady who was taking care of me, it took half an hour before she could find anything and completing with me the transaction. All the staff looks bored of their jobs and make you feel it with their behavior. Wont be going back there anytime soon
Everything went smoothly but as I already said in another evaluation on the app, the driver's door could not be locked by the key, so I had to enter by the passenger's door everytime I locked the doors. A nice little rebate on my order as compensation for my troubles would be nice.
That day I'd been a super hero for my 22y daughter whose car had no more soul and had to bringing it (and her back home). Leaving Neuville, Qc at 7h15 to the doors of Nova-Scotia back&forth I arrived in my bed at 4h30. What a great father and girl road trip.

They always have a bunch of trailer available, but they are VERY slow at making the contract because the app bugs a lot. A LOT. Otherwise, they are VERY helpful and kind. It's hard to get them on the phone thought but in person they are great.
