Great experience with their climate controlled storage! The staff is very welcoming and helpful if you need anything. I would absolutely go to them again. The manager does a great job, I can't thank them enough. Thanks to them my belongings were safely stored for well over a year with no worries for security.

Excellent experience with U-Haul Mountain Road. The customer service is great, and it’s a very convenient location. They usually have all the U-Haul equipment available all the time

The staff at this location were helpful, friendly and over all amazing. The UHaul truck was amazing clean, not a speck of dust to be found. The truck drove very well, no problems at all.

Can't think of how you could improve. Everything went well, friendly and helpful customer service, good pricing especially since we weren't driving very far. Also, you had a great sale, 1st month free on a storage unit rental when we rented the van. Excellent!! :)

I've rented a few uhaul box trucks over the last year for various purposes. Booking over the phone can be a little cumbersome and lengthy, depending on how busy they are. However, it is far easier than trying to navigate their abysmal app with horrible UI. Service has always been friendly, respectful, and even humorous at times. The vehicles I've procured were all clean and functioning as advertised. The check-in process is simple, and the cash/reception area is extremely clean and well organized. They sell all kinds of boxes and moving related accessories. They also offer various self-storage options. Overall, I am always pleased when I need to use Uhaul services, which is what makes me a repeat customer. Their team and vehicles are satisfactory.
