Years ago, I used the Inkster location for my storage needs and had an excellent experience. When I needed storage again, I chose the same location and took advantage of their promotion. Kirandeep and the staff were very helpful, professional, and made the whole process hassle-free. Even though I now live quite far from the location, I still chose them because of the great service I received before. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Hitch Installation Overall disappointed with the service. I made my first appointment online beginning of June and the day of the appt saying they didn’t have the hitch so I rescheduled to end of June. Same thing happened they called the evening before and told me they didn’t have/could not get the hitch I requested. I tried calling them to discuss multiple times and spent a total of 1hr on hold. I’d hear someone pickup the phone, no one spoke and instantly placed back on hold. They got a comparable hitch installed which was appreciated and at no extra cost. However what was supposed to be a 45minute install took over 2 hours to do and there is a plastic peice on my bumper that clips in as a “hitch cover” and instead of removing it they just bent my bumper in. Happy that I finally have a hitch installed but not overall impressed with how it was installed or with how long it took to get done.

We had a pleasant experience at the Inkster location and dealing with Amrinder. We had to make a couple of changes to our online booking and he was super accommodating. When we went to go pickup the U-Haul we were running late and it was close to their closing time. He stayed a few minutes past the end of his shift to make sure that we had everything that we needed. He took his time to answer our questions and was friendly and courteous. We never felt rushed throughout the entire interaction. Moving can be a very stressful process but I feel like Amrinder did all that he could to make things simple and easy for us. And most importantly, he helped to make the process stress free! I had a hitch put on my suv last week. After paying the installer gave me a broken muffler hanger that he broke and didn’t even called or told me till after I paid the invoice. The wiring was supposed to be under the car and 4 pin mounted on the hitch mount. He said he couldn’t do it. He said the broken part was $20. Actually the par cost me $89 plus install was $145. I would not recommend this place for hitches to be installed. I called other hitches places and another U-Haul and they said no problem to install the wire at the hitch instead of having it inside the suv. Poor job and forgot to re toque one of the bolts for the hitch. Please do not deal with inkster location. Plus they still owe me $10 for the 4pin mounted on bracket that wasn’t installed.

Booked an appointment to have a hitch installed on my vehicle. The process was very smooth. I had to wait for the hitch to arrive, but it was in a reasonable time frame. The instal was completed in 3 hours. Great service.
