5/5 Stars! I came here by recommendation for installing a tow hitch on my Jeep and had a great experience. Jared was amazing to work with and understood my needs. He also explained the entire process and how long it would take. I know others who have done it at other bad U-Haul locations in Windsor and were disappointed with the install or it being done by a trainee.
I can be confident that Jared has done it professionally and will be back to recommend others to come here as well!
Were very helpful in accommodating last minute changes. They let me park my Uhaul truck and trailer over the weekend while traveling across the country. Very impressed by the service. Would recommend strongly.

Huge thank you to Sean and Jared for saving the day! I picked up a truck and trailer late in the day to tow a motorcycle to Guelph, only to realize once I got home that the trailer wouldn't work. I had a non-negotiable departure the next morning. Even though the location was closed when I rushed back, Sean and Jared stayed after hours to help me swap it for a suitable motorcycle trailer. Because of their incredible service, I didn't miss a critical appointment. Highly recommend this location!
