DO NOT GO HERE. I paid for extra km’s on my U-Haul as I was travelling further than what the km’s were in my pricing. When I returned my U-Haul to this location without talking to me or checking everything they immediately charged my card double what I had already paid. The lady argued with me for almost an hour saying I drove 500 km over what I had paid for. This is impossible as I only drove from Vernon to osoyoos then back to west Kelowna. I had been on the phone with multiple people for days trying to get my money back as this left me with no money for the week after a big move. I finally got someone to look into the problem and they said the worker who received the truck didn’t calculate km to miles properly and it was an error on their end. I got refunded the money. The store manager called me as I wanted a full refunded from poor customer service and waiting for my money to be returned. He called me today basically back tracking saying everything was my dusty and the best they can do is give me the money back that was charged extra. Completely blaming me after it had been priced it was their error and offering me no compensation or help beside $60 of extra mileage. Brushed me off and carried on. This customer is awful and I recommend not dealing with these people at all,
Terrible experience returning our uhaul. Rented it for less than 24 hours.
It was never explained to us if we used the dolly we’d be charged. We brought it back with more fuel then we took it, also brought it back early, and they refused to waive the dolly charge. Super disappointing.
What a joke this place is! First they screw up my reservation and I end up paying 160 instead of the $30 my reservation was! Then they gave my storage unit ((that they said they would hold for me)! Then for the icing on the sugar, there are five by five unit is more like a three by three unit.And so my storage ended up going from fifty four dollars now to a hundred and thirty four dollars! I am absolutely disgusted, was everything that i've experienced from these people today.I will never come back here again!
Staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. I rented a trailer and they helped hookup and disconnect when I returned it as well as the lights. Great job.
Nice how the staff tell me to go find my homeless son to sign a form instead of letting me access his remaining belongings when my name is on the rental unit but I don’t have a key. Phoned before I went and was told if I paid the lock cutting fee, I would have access. When I got there, young girl at desk tells me I need to find him and get him to sign. Great customer service from a misguided employee.
