Our experience started off on the wrong foot, but ended with customer service worth recognising. On July 22, I reserved and paid for a U-Box for August 18. My u-haul application showed “Ready to Load” on the 18th, so we arrived expecting the U-Box to be available. Unfortunately, we were then told that we should have called 24 hours in advance to make sure a box was available and that it’s written in small caracters the contract—something we missed—and it was impossible to get one on the same day. After an 8-hour drive specifically to drop off our belongings in a 15’ u-haul truck this was extremely frustrating. Suddenly we had nowhere to unload our belongings and to park the truck put us in a very difficult situation. We ultimately had to make alternative arrangements for the truck and return the following day to load the U-Box. That being said, Chase completely changed our experience. He did everything he could to help us find a solution and genuinely cared about making a difficult situation better. Problems can happen, but the way employees respond to them makes all the difference. When someone makes customer satisfaction a priority, that deserves to be recognized. A huge thank you and shout-out to Chase for going above and beyond to help us. Your efforts were genuinely appreciated! On another note anyone from uhaul reading this for first time users your app information is misleading and confusing. Some upgrades are needed to make it more user-friendly and clearly to users.

This Uhaul branch management needs to be reviewed thoroughly. First, the online platform allows reservations without knowing if the branch has the capacity to provide the service. It does not. Many of us had completed the reservation via the online/ app only to be told there were no vehicle available. Second, the staff's morale was non existent. We understand that no one wants to work because management's poor decision in offering more than they can handle. However, staff were walking around taking their sweet time, taking up to 30 mins for renting a truck to an individual. Third, luckily, a van was available after 3hour wait only to be told that the battery was dead. A few minutes later I'm told there is another van available which they just hand me the keys. No contract, no proof, just keys were handed. Finally, train your agents to open up several counters/cashes. Yesterday, the line was approximately 10-15 clients. Not everyone wanted rent a car, some wanted to rent a storage but we were all placed in one line. Also, I had to ask the staff about how many cars were available and was told there was 2 when I had more than 5 people behind me. Instead, have your staff tell the people of how many vehicles are available instead of having them wait for nothing. This would allow them to figure it out and look for other alternatives. I waited 3 hours for a van, imagine waiting 3 hours and being told "there's no van". We did our due diligence prior to getting there, we reserved it online. In short, this is a very poor experience and will post this on social media to get the attention it deserves. Make a change, remember, clients need you but you also need clients to survive.

Ive been waiting 2 hours for service. They didn't charge my card for rental, put a lock on it, i came last week to pay in person, i was ignored by staff, i came back today, the lock out is still on, and i have been waiting almost two hours. I cannot recommend doing business here.

My experience with this U-Haul location was absolutely terrible. I had a reservation and showed up exactly at my scheduled time, but without any clear explanation or even a proper apology, they simply told me that it couldn’t be done today and that I should come back 5 days later! The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They made no effort to fix the issue or offer any alternative solution. It felt like they had zero respect for my time or schedule. If you value your time and want to avoid unnecessary stress, I strongly recommend staying away from this location. Very poor management and unacceptable customer service.

I had an appointment scheduled at 4:00 PM for a simple hitch installation, no electrical work involved. I arrived early at 3:40 PM, but was only attended at 5:30 PM, which is already unacceptable for a scheduled appointment. On top of that, the installation itself, which should have been straightforward, took another 2 hours. I only left at 7:30 PM. In total, I spent almost 4 hours there for a basic hitch installation with no wiring. This is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and very poor
