Can't say enough about the team on water street. Whether you need a rental or a repair or a trailer hitch installed. You won't find a better team. Needed some troubleshooting on my Kia Telluride no power to 7 pin plug. There wiring expert did some testing and spent at least 30-40 no charge and got me back on the road. Thanks to U-Haul team again excellent work
First and last time using Peterborough U-haul.
Had to wait 30 mins for the person at the service desk to get out of the bathroom. Then when we needed help filling out the rental application, she told us to basically figure it out ourselves. Then when we got the truck (over an hour later!!!), they did not give us the dolly or other items we paid for and had to go back, just to find out the worker was nowhere to be found again!!!! At least the guy we returned the truck to at the end of the day was nice.
They just helped me out checking my trailer lights were in working order for an upcoming rental for an estate clearout - super fast and much appreciated. Lucas was so friendly, helpful and thorough. It made my day and took a huge weight off my shoulders.
I've rented from here before and the service has always been top tier. Cannot recommend enough.
Thank you for your exceptional customer service! This was the best experience that we have ever had renting a truck for a move, and we have had many! The fact that things went so well, on what must have been one of their busiest days- May 1st in a university town- is a credit to the management and staff at this particular location. Our truck was ready and very clean when we arrived. And the return process was simple. Special shout out to the young man who served us on both ends- I wish that I knew his name. He was so pleasant and explained all details with clarity. And upon our return, he even gave us a ride in a golf cart, to our car that was parked on the other side of the building! Much appreciated at the end of a long days work!

The storage facility door says "24 Hour access" but what it really means is "The door locks at 10pm unless you pay extra to get it in at night"
I got locked out at 10:07 with my storage unit wide open, items of mine left unsecured in the open, and more items outside.
The misleading sign on the door was bad enough, but when I called to see what I could do about it they told me there was no way I could add 24 hour access to my account until the morning (when it would be useless)
The only reason it isnt 1 star is because the staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. The staff who arrived in the morning took great care of our items, and went out of their way to help smooth things over.
