Excellent moving service and very friendly team! I had a very positive experience with this moving company. I came back to Canada from Beijing with my three children, and I had to move our belongings from a storage unit into our new home. Since I was doing everything on my own with three kids, having a smooth and reliable moving experience was very important to me. From the very beginning, communication was easy and smooth. Scheduling the moving time was straightforward, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and understanding. The movers were very friendly and handled everything with care. They made the whole process much easier for me. At the end, I also had a sofa that I no longer needed, and they kindly helped me take it away as well. That was a huge help to me! I really appreciate all their help and kindness during a very busy and stressful time for our family. Thank you so much for making our move so much easier! I would definitely recommend this company.

I have hired Gusto three times already! First time in 2021 on Canada day on the hottest day of the year moving the heaviest back breaking furniture imaginable up down 120 steep stairs. Second time to move into my house and today to unload a 40 foot container! Each and every time they surpass all expectations and are very professional. They are always a great bunch of guys that work hard and very organized and are dependable. They did not ask for this review but I had to give them a shout out because they really deserve it.

Gusto Movers was amazing helping my mom move 440 kms to her new apartment. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Pat and Eric were professional, kind, and organized, and they went above and beyond by assembling furniture and placing every box in the correct room. Moving can be stressful, especially for an older parent, but Gusto made the experience easy and worry-free. I highly recommend Gusto Movers!

Wow! What a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the very start Erich came out to review what we had to move and was willing and able to move anything we asked (and some of it was huge and heavy and needed disassembly). When our dates had to change they were lovely and accommodating. When the team arrived on moving day they were efficient, quick and friendly. We couldn't have been more impressed and grateful.

I meant to write this review a while back when I had Gusto help me move to my home but of course I got busy and didn't... I recently reached out to them again for help with moving a piece of furniture that I was donating and the whole experience was five star! They're super caring, very respectful, cautious, and overall a great company to work with! I would highly recommend them to anybody needing to move big or small and in my most recent case just helping remove an item and pay it forward to somebody else! Thank you guys for being such pros and so friendly and helpful along the way.
