Personal service and convenience are what sets Storwell apart. I recently wanted to consolidate two units. Laura made it very easy and took the time to show me several alternatives. She also assured me that it would be easy to downsize, if that is what we need. She was a delight to work with. We like the fact that every unit is at ground level and it is never more than 10m from car to unit. Add 24-hour and 365-day access and you understand the convenience.

I was very pleased with my experience renting a storage unit at Storewell Self Storage in Etobicoke. My storage unit was very clean and easy to access. It came with a lock and is covered by some insurance. Iiona and Laura helped me choose the storage unit size that was right for me and made me feel assured my items would be safe.

I just rented a unit from this location and I have say that I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience I had from the very start. I've rented storage units many times in the past from other companies but these guys are very easy going process and very safe and secured place.

Very happy with the service provided. The facility is convenient as all storage lockers are on the ground floor so tits easy to load and unload. Security is enforced and all costs were well explained by Ilona. For these reasons I highly recommend this place for storage rental (long or short).

Needed short term storage in a hurry for a garage renovation. Ilona offered a great deal on a 4 week rental for a 10x15 unit. Clean, well maintained facility that is easy to navigate. There is regular traffic, but never had any issues accessing the unit. Even with the insurance coverage and well fitting lock (provided) it worked out much better than 2 other places I looked at in the area (Mimico). Would use again, would recommend.
