Had an issue with our unit, had submitted all the pictures and followed on all requirements asked by the Self Stor, As per company Senior Operations Manager M.P. were told that compensation will be issued by the Self Stor.... weeks of unreturned emails and phone calls still waiting for the cheque. While the company is still trying to take out monthly payments from the unit that was vacated as requested by the company's M.P. This whole experience was very frustrating and extremely unprofessional by the company.
