The customer service is really good. Cierra and Shima did a really good job in helping me get the storage unit. All the workplaces should have employees like them and I am greatful to them for their help

Head office! Please help me!! I’m am desperate! I rent a unit at the Duffrin location and had plans to move out last weekend. My brother sadly passed away and my plans changed. I kept the storage office up to date on my move. They never once told me that if I entered into a new billing cycle that I would be responsible for paying for the next month! Why would I be charged for something I am not going to be using? I am moving out Sept. 28th and now my stuff is being held for ransom! If I don’t pay I can’t get my things. I can’t afford to pay another month of storage! I could barely afford it as is. This is cruel! I told the man I didn’t have that money. If I pay for the extra month I won’t be able to buy groceries and feed my kids. So he offered me a 75 % payout option which really isn’t much better. Still charging me for an empty unit. I can’t afford it! PLEASE!!! I am begging you - I am a single income family. It’s only me. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!! 😭😭😭😭

Jeff was very friendly and professional, gave us a walkthrough of the facility and showed us the unit before signing any paperwork. Place is very clean and well kept! Hallways are bright with a proper elevator for going to upper and lower floors. Great security as a code is required for all entry points in and out. The upgraded temper-proof locks are a plus also.

Amazing service!! Location is well maintained and organized. We met Sienna who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We called the day off to inquire and she immediately booked an appointment to help set us up. Honestly storage facilities are all the same: you rent units, you put your stuff in, you come once in awhile.. nothing special. That being said! Whoever is running the access storage at 100 Canadian Rd is very lucky to have the staff they do. Sienna, Bharti, and Shima are all AMAZING to deal with. The customer service is top notch. It feels like you can approach them with anything and they will calmly help you handle and solve whatever the situation is. Everyone deserves a raise in my opinion!! It feels hard to recommend a storage facility but I strongly recommend this one. They’re an amazing team that takes care of you every time.

I used the Access Storage facility at 100 Canadian Rd a couple of weeks ago and Bharti at the front desk was a delight to deal with. The registration was smooth, the service was quick and I was in & out in no time. 10/10 would use their services again.

I just recently rented a unit at Access Storage. I got to the store at 5:15 but wasn’t helped until 5:50pm and the lady did not explain anything properly was showing attitude. I let it go but she did not have me purchase the lock that was required and when I had someone come in to buy the lock another day they gave us the wrong lock. Now two days later telling us to comeback before 6pm. Which is super inconvenient when they messed up not only once but twice. Will not be coming back after my term is done.

Initial contact was very clear and detailed + courteous Staff at the site were very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming Facility is well run - clean and well organized.

Just want to say a big thank you to Access Storage for their annual help with our Oakville Professional Firefighters Toy Drive. For the past couple of years, the oakville location has been a fantastic partner and has helped us with getting the gifts out for the holidays. This year we packed and shipped toys to over 6400 kids, largely in boxes they provided. 10/10 would recommend
