Great facility! Easy to access and secure. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Update (March 2025) - we’ve moved from the facility after renting three different storage units at the airport storage, over 14 months. Carly and her co- worker (sorry forgot her name), were always friendly and helpful each time we needed something, or wanted to make a change. We moved from our home in Kelowna and needed to store our furniture and vehicles while our new house was being built at our lake property near Prince George. We were so happy with the security and ability to downsize as needed over the year - while we took numerous trips back and forth. The keyless entry and freedom to come and go worked so well for us. Thanks again - great staff - lots of flexibility- very secure location!

We rented a storage unit to store our vehicle and other items. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. The contactless system using Bluetooth works seamlessly and is great to access the facility at any time. Convenient location, easy access, and great people - all in all a fantastic experience.

A very clean and easily accessible storage facility. Absolutely love the convenience and security features. Having an app and ability to add users is also an excellent feature. Climate controlled so everything is safe in storage.

I am a current user of the Airport Village storage. I would say the customer service was a 10/10. All staff are really friendly and helpful. The place itself is very secure and easily accessible for users at the same time. The app used is very user friendly and allows for multiple people (who you have granted access to) to find and use a locker

After calling every single storage company in Kelowna and West Kelowna to check on cost and availability, I can confidently say that they are the friendliest, most helpful and best value in town. We went with a 10x20 unit and it has been a breeze accessing our unit with the app and keyless entry. Each interaction with the staff has been great and I'm very happy with my decision to store my contents here! I have already recommended them!
