I have been a customer of StorageMart for years!!. Recently, the manager (Ash)gave me a very nice offer. 200 sf room for less price than I was paying for a 100 sf. Fantastic. He said to me, "Give me your credit card or debit card to process the new deal." I did. And then, he never charged for the first month on the new room. I thought maybe some paper work still to be completed. But to my surprise, when I called him to find out what was going, Ash told me that he doesn't accept debit card for monthly payments. He charged me more than $100 for late payment and another fee that didn't make sense to me. I am very dissatisfied. First, Ash gave a great deal and then je screwed me up. I am not happy. That was a fast one. Smart move Ash.

We are renting a storage at the O’Connor location for few years now. The location is great but more so the guys we deal with are amazing. Ash (the manager) is friendly, prompt at replying at any inquiries and very professional. The storages are clean and easy to access. Very happy with the experience so far. I intend to stay with this location for many more years

I've just concluded closer to a decade in this facility, which I have found to be excellent. The unit was dry, no security issues, nor in fact any other issues. Better still, friendly and professional Ash & Muskaan were always a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

I have been renting a storage unit from the 1776 O’Connor Dr location since 2021 and I also had been experiencing a rotten problem in the storage unit until a new unit upstairs was offered to me a couple of weeks ago. I also had been paying insurance and even though there was rotten coverage listed on the insurance form, I was told by the StorageMart claims department that the damage I had was not covered. The claims rep Kimberly was rude and condescending over the phone and dismissed all my concerns even though I clearly explained to her that I had substantial damage. A new/slightly larger unit was offered to me on the upper floor after I showed the storage manager my unit’s photos which I also added here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE getting a unit from this location. There is a bad rotten problem in the storage facility and they do not take responsibility for your loss and belongings!

I rented one of the smaller units and the size and price was reasonable. I felt safe going in after office hours if needed and always found hallways clean. Highly recommend!
