It is climate controlled and has more than 1,600 secure self storage units in various sizes ranging from compact, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ to larger 10′ x 20′ garage-sized storage units.

Love this storage unit. Very clean and people are professional and friendly. Shout out especially to Carlo who works there. He was so generous and helpful and kind - he helped us load our heavy luggage’s onto our car voluntarily. Thank you Carlo!!!!!!

Had a great experience with XYZ storage. It was convenient. Great online customer portal, free coffee, wifi access (that was nice our previous storage was a concrete building with zero reception so this was awesome)

Clean and secure but you need special access after 7pm which is ridiculous. You have to submit a request few hours ahead of time to get your request approved otherwise you don’t have access to your belongings. Kinda ridiculous for a 24/7 storage space. I wish there’s an automated approval system that cuts off the approval time

Very nice facility, good units and good service. But once you have been there for about six months, they jack up the price significantly. For me, it was more than a 20% increase (implying a 40% annualized increase) and obviously it’s a big deal to move all of your stuff. So just be ready for that. Otherwise great things to say! Edit: they were willing to take it down to 5% from 20 when pushed but still feels unfortunate.
