Very pleasant experience with the Assistant Manager Vin at Sentinel Storage. He was very helpful with my storage needs and easy to talk to. Good location too and very close to YYC Airport! I will definitely come back here again whenever I need storage in the future! Thanks Vin!

I have a great experience with the Sentinel Storage in Pegasus Rd. This is our first time to rent the storage. Vin is very friendly and welcoming, he listened to what we need and showed us the unit.

I was extremely pleased with their service. Very efficient, accommodating , polite and attentive to my needs. The storage unit provided for the time needed was excellent. My car with all my belongings, as I was moving back to Toronto and had to store all my stuff until a shipping company could pick up my car with all my belongings and bring it back to Toronto as I flew back earlier, was safe at Sentinel. Arrangements were made with sentinel office at Pegasus location for mover to pick up car keys and storage locker key with no issues. Staff was exceptional in this matter. Excellent service Would highly recommend sentinel at Pegasus location. Very very pleased

I had a heated unit to store temperature sensitive items for almost a year. It was very convenient to access and the staff were helpful when I had questions. I am pleased with my experience and would store there again in the future if needed.

Meghna helped us through the paper work and carry our things to the locker when we first arrived. She was super friendly and helpful with making sure the process was as easy as possible. Was super convenient when we collected our items as we could check out of the locker and only pay until that exact day making it super affordable and flexible! Overall great experience and would return again! Also Mj was super helpful in offering to call a taxi for us to the airport which was super helpful!

Needed to kept my luggage near airport, so I chose to rental a small unit at this location. Excellent staff, easy to access, recommend this business. BTW, you do need to purchase a cylinder lock.

I have no issues renting and storing my luggages and other stuff. I also stored my vehicle and no concerns at all. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sentinel and this location. It feels safe here and the gate is coded. I was also able to connect with the manager to extend my rental storage while I was away and out of the country. Excellent service. Until next time.

Would I recommend this facility? Absolutely. Here's why: I was initially looking at a small storage but wasn't sure if it would fit all my stuff, Meghna offered me a tour of the storage options (stretching her regular working hours post 5PM) which helped me understand if it would work for me / no. I drove from really far (Cochrane) so this was really appreciated, thanks Meghna! I was also offered a price match and an upgrade based on another S.S facility offer, which made things super convenient for me as I needed something quite close to the airport. I did have some changes in my booking which was all managed on the phone / email without any hassles. Overall a big thanks to Meghna and Abbas for making my first time storage experience a smooth one

Good Storage Facility; Strong Customer Service I recently rented a unit here to store some furniture between move-out and move-in dates. When I called the central Sentinel booking service on August 11th I informed them of the dates I would need, and I was told over the phone that I would not be charged past the move out date of October 2nd. Given that I was planning a six and a half week rental, and the first four weeks would be free, this sounded great. While there were some subsequent miscommunications around how many weeks I would be required to pay for, company management reached out to me promptly and rectified the situation promptly. I have been quite pleased with their efforts to make it right, and that service, combined with the great facility would lead me to recommend Sentinel to others.
