I want to mention especially Bonnie the manager/site supervisor. She was very polite and humble towards customers. She helped us throughout the whole process. Amenities are also provided. Like carts, tools etc.

Apple Self Storage is on the premium end of things as it is more expensive than some competitors but it is well worth it. The facility is kept clean and it has an indoor loading bay to boot! The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman named Benjamin. I have even personally let me know that his customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend Apple Self Storage
Apple Storage is an excellent facility. All units new, very secure, and exceptionally clean, which gave me great peace of mind storing my belongings there. On top of that, the staffs are wonderful. Bonnie provided outstanding service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I went to get my first storage unit and Ben helped me. He was so great ! Honest about all of the prices, deals and fees (which are minimal). The prices here were also so much better than storage units in the area. The place is super clean and feels very secure with each unit having its own alarm. Every unit comes with climate control and Ben even told me that if i pay for the full year i can secure my rate, unlike other places who can only offer their rates on a month to month basis. 10/10 recommend.
Over the past few months, I have been a customer at Apple Self Storage. I have had a positive experience with the staff, particularly Bonnie. However, I have recently encountered a change in staff, and I have been receiving poor customer service from Sarah. This is unacceptable behaviour. If you are considering using Apple Self Storage, be aware of the attitude you may receive from Sarah. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Visited the Oakville location on Third Line today. Bonnie was absolutely fantastic from recommending a suitable size unit (no upselling!) to taking the time to patiently show me around the facility. I’d toured the facility, unit and secured and processed a rental in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding customer service!

Moving from a large office to a smaller one requires downsizing and storing things that you expect to need in time. Finding this storage complex was the best place I could hope for as it backs onto my office, it is clean, well run and cost effective. The staff are wonderful and make every interaction easy and professional. Their communication is exemplary too and I encourage anyone in need of storage space to check this location out,

Great experience renting at Apple Self Storage- Oakville. Sarah was very professional and welcoming and the rental process was easy! It’s a new climate controlled facility, very clean and secure. What an amazing experience. Benjamin and Sarah are simply pure rockstars! I had troubles and issues with 2 other storage places, not Apple Storage. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I mean they really put work in to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The only storage facility to do follow up with me AFTER I moved in. Wow speechless. You can eat off the floors and you can clearly see how well maintained the storage facility is. I would give 1 Million Stars if I could. I am not going anywhere and I am very happy to be part of the Apple Storage Family now.
This place is immaculate. I love the primary colours they have used on the doors, so vibrant! And the staff are very accommodating and pleasant . Benjamin was really helpful and patient in dealing with my situation. A great place to store your “stuff”.
Although I do not store anything here (I'm a contractor for the company), the staff at the desk is always happy to help and listen to any questions I have. Benjamin printed a map for me and pointed the areas on the map for me to find what I was lookong for.

Apple Self Storage is very clean, seems very secure, and all the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and kind. The loading bays are convenient and they have lots of dollies available to move items to your unit. Very impressed.

After a few years with this location, I have moved out and will be returning again in the near future with most likely a different size unit. Bonnie, Sara and Amber have always been professional, and so helpful providing me with the best customer service and I'm truly grateful that this facility is so close to my new home. I would not recommend going anywhere else if you're looking for storage. Units are well-kept, facility is clean and indoor loading docks have made my stay, quite pleasant. Looking forward to coming back soon.
