Love the ease of booking and access to the storage facility here on Logan Road in Bridgewater, NS - AND it's a Canadian company! Petra the manager is so wonderful to work with and communication is simple for when we had changes or needed to book a second unit. Highly recommend these folks - for clients, family and friends.

My very first phone call to the Bridgewater office speaking with Petra has turned into a real friendship. She takes her job seriously making sure to dot all the “i’s” and cross all the “t’s” at the same time making you feel like you’re working with a friend. The management of this location is fantastic! It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with Petra! She is both genuinely kind, thoughtful and extremely efficient. Not surprisingly, the storage locker was also very clean. I highly recommend this facility.

Petra was very personable and extremely pleasant to talk to. Information was provided clearly. The access to the front entrance of the facility was a bit sketchy at times due to construction. Would recommend and use again if needed.

We had a great experience at this storage facility. They were offering a great special and it was just what we needed. The locker was clean and easy to drive up to. Petra was a pleasure to deal with and explained the contract very well. If needed we would use this facility again.

Petra is what makes the experience as great as it is! She is very attentive and helpful! She is definitely exceptional 😍 when it comes to customer care and making sure all your storage needs are met. She will try and save you money when she can, and she is honestly just an amazing person! I don't know much about the business! But I've had my stuff in the storage can for 5 or 6 years and when Ted worked there, he lied about the cans, he never answered the phone. Also he was extremely hot 🔥 and cold 🥶 (moody af) I would recommend 👌 Access Storage. If this review helps please help us get 100$ in our pockets by telling them I referred you!

Had a good experience over the past 2 years with my locker. It's always a pleasure to speak with Petra, so helpful, answers all questions with clarity and goes above and beyond! Unfortunately the price of the storage locker did become too much for me, but it was clearly stated in my contract that the rent for the locker can fluctuate so I'm not upset, it makes sense in the long run! Overall happy with my experience at this particular location!
