Shelley was amazing and very understanding. She did a thorough walk through with me and made sure I understood the hours entrances and exits as well as was very compassionate to my reasoning and situation on needed the storage unit . She even gave me her ext number incase I need anything else . Great serve and the place is locked down tighter then a ticks behind !
I've been renting at multiple StorageMart locations in Saskatoon for close to a decade and cant say enough good things about the staff. Della and Shelly are fantastic to deal with and make everything so easy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a storage space.

Clean, easily accessible facility with large bay doors and a machine operated lift. But it is the service here that is truly exceptional and awesome.

It is a very clean and easy move in and move out. Building is secure and easy to navigate. I appreciate the kind and friendly service that Shelley gave to me and my family. I am very disappointed with my experience at StorageMart. This is my second time renting at this downtown location. I was hesitant to rent from them again but was assured that my first experience was an anomaly. It was not. I am in my new locker now for 4 or 5 months and have just received my SECOND rate increase!!!! This one for almost $35. That's approximately 43% increase in less than 6 months! That said, the staff have been very pleasant and helpful.

Staff are amazing! So welcoming and helpful. Units are clean and secure. Usually have some sort of promo on which is always a bonus. This is my 2nd time renting at this location and always been more then happy with everything from this facility!!
I needed a bit more space, the girl in the office was so nice and helpful. She got me sorted that same day, I moved, she had all the paperwork and payment taken care of and I'm good for a few more years! Thank you!

BAIT and SWITCH business practices. I hesitated to write this review until the most recent unreasonable rate increase. I have had my stuff in storage for just over one year and the cost has gone up well over 50%. 35% within the first 3 months and now again 17% not even a year later, in the name of “inflation”. Trying to find something positive to say, it is a clean and secure facility; however, the opaque business practices and move-in “promotions” with subsequent massive rate increases are gross. The people at the front desk feign to be kind until there is any problem. I’m leaving names out but they have been mentioned here before. Example: within the first month of renting there was a problem with the credit card number inputted into their system so the payment didn’t go through. Their mistake, not mine. Until this was sorted out I was treated very rudely as if I was trying to scam “them”. I guess people are always afraid of the same bad behaviour they emulate. Stay away. I can’t wait to return from my travels and remove my things from this facility. I would encourage everyone to avoid as this place is a complete rip off.

The best storage place in the city! It’s very clean, warm and you can drive right into the loading dock. Della, Shelley and the crew are awesome and so friendly. They let me know as soon as something is delivered and I have full confidence that my packages are in good hands!
