We rented a space for 4 years in handling a family estate issue. During that time the Access team provided a quick and easy experience to obtain what we need for storage, on short notice. We found them over the 4 years to very respectful and easy to work with.

From the first phone call to the actual visit and reserving the storage lockers, the team at Access Storage in Stouffville were great. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure to ask questions I had not even thought about, took the time I needed to be fully satisfied. The prices are reasonable and they provided one free month. Packing supplies are there but we already had but it was helpful to put a visual idea to size of boxes. The facility is extremely clean as is the washroom a real tell.They even supplied locks. The way the facility is set up, it is easy for individuals as well as movers to move their items. This is both time and cost effective in our case. After your phone call, you are immediately contacted by the office Rankje and she was able to provide additional information. On site we met her husband Herman, also helpful and were shown the facility. Paperwork was smooth and easy. You get an access code and the loading area is protected from the elements which is very useful as we are moving in winter. Moreover the times of access are from 6 am to 10. I could see the surveillance cameras which I appreciated. A great and positive experience with the staff and how it is run during a highly stressful event!!

The storage unit was purchased during Black Friday, so the rate was amazing!!! The whole warehouse and each storage unit was very clean and well maintained. I would like to say thank you to the owners for providing storage at a time of need and having the units well maintained.

Great Storage facility. Always clean and owners are so wonderful to work with. Lots of locker sizes to accommodate your needs. I downsized two times and they even supplied a van when we moved from a large storage locker to a smaller one to make our move easier. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the storage is super clean, very well ventilated with temperature control. All three units I had were great. The registeration is made easy by the help of the owners. What makes this place stand out is the owners, they are amazing people super helpful, and professional. I faced a few problems with my moving and they offered me great advice, they went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue and they saved me a great deal of money with their practical suggetsions. The best service I have received in Canada by now ; I absolutely recommend them.

I recently utilized the storage service offered by Access Storage - Stouffville, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff members were incredibly accommodating, providing detailed explanations of the facilities and services available. The premises were spacious, making it easy to maneuver around, and the amenities were convenient to access. My only minor qualm was with the narrowness of some of the turning areas, but overall, I highly recommend this service.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I've had the best experience with Herman and his lovely wife Rinkje, they've been the most pleasant people to have worked with for the time I was using this facility. Went out of their way to provide excellent customer service at every step of the way and made the process feel so easy and comfortable. Made me feel like a family. The facility is so convenient as they have a scissor lift in their loading dock which made the move in an out so easy!! DO NOT GO AMYWHERE ELSE 😊 you won't regret it. I have been amazed by how clean this facility is and how this couple manages to keep it spotless.

Each of our multiple visits in and out went smoothly, and we really appreciated the affordable price, unit size options, and prompt responses to questions.
